Vegetarian moussaka layers of eggplant, potatoes and casserole stew of lentils, tomatoes and mushrooms topped with rich béchamel sauce. When serving add some thyme or your favour herb on top.

Small (2-3 Serves)
Medium (4-6 Serves)
Large (Family) (6-8 Serves)
Can be heated in the oven either frozen or defrosted. For best results, heat after defrosting.
If defrosted, bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes
If frozen, remove lid and bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes.

As busy working Mothers and not having enough time for the family they had reached the conclusion of the need for a fresh alternative to fatty fast foods.
Their aim at Mothers Delite was to share with you the natural flavours of the Mediterranean and Greek cuisine and to produce the very best food possible like they cook at home.
They set up their cafe in 2006 at Bexley North and Won the Small Business Awards in 2006 and 2009, and were finalists in 2011.
