We offer delivery services six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with a convenient delivery window from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Simply select your preferred delivery date during checkout. If you require your order by a specific time, please specify it in the notes section, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.
VIP Delivery time slot of 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM available to select areas within the following post codes 2000, 2007 2009, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020.
VIP Delivery time slot of 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM available to select areas within the following post codes 2060 & 2061
To guarantee next-day food and grocery delivery, be sure to place your order before 2 PM the day before. For Monday deliveries, get your order in by 2 PM on the previous Friday.

We currently offer food and grocery delivery across most of Sydney, including the City and Inner South, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Inner South West, parts of the Hills District, North Sydney and Hornsby, Parramatta, Ryde, St George and certain parts of Sutherland Shire. If you don't see your location, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
If you're out for the day, we've got you covered — we'll insulate cold items in recyclable packaging with ice bricks to keep them fresh until you're back. If you have a secret hiding spot or specific instructions for our driver, let us know in the notes section on your cart page. We'll also send you a notification and tracking information when your order is en route, so you'll know exactly when to expect us.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order up to 48 hours before your delivery date. Please contact our customer service team via email at info@storetodoorau.com or on 0404 742 791 as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we may not be able to make changes or cancellations once your order has been processed for delivery. If you require to cancel your order, you will incur a processing fee equal to the credit card surcharge charged to us by the bank. We will deduct this from the total amount prior to refunding.
