No premixes allowed! Setting the benchmark for gluten free wholesale bakery manufacturing and distribution in Sydney.

Little Secrets Bakehouse was born in 2015 by Executive Chef Daniel Collins, who settled in Australia from the UK in 2007. Bringing with him European knowledge and experience gained during his career in such organisations as Gordon Ramsay Holdings and Conran Restaurants. Expanding quickly Mary Varnier and Gerhard Langreiter joined the team to help grow this small business to what it is today!
