Little Secrets Bakehouse produces gluten free desserts, using only premium ingredients paired with innovative flavour combinations. All products are handmade from Daniel’s secret recipes. No premixes allowed! Setting the benchmark for gluten free wholesale bakery manufacturing and distribution in Sydney.
Little Secrets Bakehouse was born in 2015 by Executive Chef Daniel Collins, who settled in Australia from the UK in 2007. Bringing with him European knowledge and experience gained during his career in such organisations as Gordon Ramsay Holdings and Conran Restaurants. Expanding quickly Mary Varnier and Gerhard Langreiter joined the team to help grow this small business to what it is today!

As the owner of Butter and Love, I put so much love into our handmade banoffee pies and I need that same care to continue when they leave my kitchen.
After 5 years of being let down by delivery companies, I’d stopped offering delivery. The alternatives came with eye watering prices, minimum order requirements my small bakery couldn’t meet or unacceptable standards of drivers and vehicles. A pie that arrives in worse condition than it left my kitchen puts my reputation on the line. That’s a risk I couldn’t keep taking.

And George’s instinct to help doesn’t stop with his own customers. Early one morning, I watched him help another supplier whose van had broken down while preparing for his own busy day of deliveries. He already had plenty on his plate but still made time to help someone else. No fuss, just a good human helping someone who needed it. That’s the person looking after my pies.

The vanilla layer was light and delicate, while the coffee-infused creamy filling gave it that unmistakable tiramisu flavour without being too heavy or overly sweet. The chocolate and vanilla piping added a beautiful finishing touch, and the seasonal fruit brought a lovely freshness to every bite. Well-balanced, creamy, light, indulgent and fresh all at the same time. You wouldn’t miss the fact that it’s vegan; it genuinely stands on its own as a delicious dessert.
