As the owner of Butter and Love, I put so much love into our handmade banoffee pies and I need that same care to continue when they leave my kitchen.
After 5 years of being let down by delivery companies, I’d stopped offering delivery. The alternatives came with eye watering prices, minimum order requirements my small bakery couldn’t meet or unacceptable standards of drivers and vehicles. A pie that arrives in worse condition than it left my kitchen puts my reputation on the line. That’s a risk I couldn’t keep taking.

And George’s instinct to help doesn’t stop with his own customers. Early one morning, I watched him help another supplier whose van had broken down while preparing for his own busy day of deliveries. The vanilla layer was light and delicate, while the coffee-infused creamy filling gave it that unmistakable tiramisu flavour without being too heavy or overly sweet. The chocolate and vanilla piping added a beautiful finishing touch, and the seasonal fruit brought a lovely freshness to every bite. Well-balanced, creamy, light, indulgent and fresh all at the same time. You wouldn’t miss the fact that it’s vegan; it genuinely stands on its own as a delicious dessert. We offer delivery services six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with a convenient delivery window from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Simply select your preferred delivery date during checkout. If you require your order by a specific time, please specify it in the notes section, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, however this is not gauranteed unless confirmed by our team.
VIP Delivery time slot of 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM available to select areas within the following post codes 2000, 2007 2009, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2044 & 2204.
VIP Delivery time slot of 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM available to select areas within the following post codes 2021, 2060 & 2061
To guarantee next-day food and grocery delivery, be sure to place your order before 12 PM the day before. For Monday deliveries, get your order in by 12 PM on the previous Friday.
*Some products require 2 days or even up to a weeks notice for larger cakes to be prepared, so make sure you put those orders in early.
We currently offer food and grocery delivery across most of Sydney, including the City and Inner South, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Inner South West, parts of the Hills District, North Sydney and Hornsby, Parramatta, Ryde, St George and certain parts of Sutherland Shire. If you don't see your location, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
If you're out for the day, we've got you covered — we'll insulate cold items in a thermal liner with ice bricks to keep them fresh until you're back. If you have a secret hiding spot or specific instructions for our driver, let us know in the notes section on your cart page. We'll also send you a notification and tracking information when your order is en route, so you'll know exactly when to expect us.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before your delivery date. Please contact our customer service team via email at info@storetodoorau.com or on 0404 742 791 as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we may not be able to make changes or cancellations once your order has been processed for delivery. If you require to cancel your order, you will incur a service fee equal to the amount charged at checkout. This is automatically deducted from the refund amount. Please note: if an order has already been processed we may not be able to cancel and refund your order.
