  1. Payment
  1. Payment will be processed at time of order placement. If no payment is made, the order will not be confirmed.
  1. Fees & Charges
  1. Due to market conditions, prices which are listed on the website are subject to change without notice. However, the current prices will be published on the website and available before you place an order. If a price change affects your standing order or an order that you have made in advance, we will notify you informing you of the updated price. You may then amend your order if you choose too.
  2. If you require to cancel your order you will incur a processing fee equal to the credit card surcharge charged by the bank. We will deduct this from the total amount prior to refunding.
  1. Delivery
    1. In order to purchase goods from Store To Door Pty Ltd, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within our delivery zone. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as orders that are located outside of our delivery zone will not be processed.
    2. Cut off point for placing orders and/or changing orders is 2pm the day before delivery. Delivery for Monday's must be placed by 2pm the Friday prior. Cut off times may change in busy periods if we reach capacity.
    3. Store To Door Pty Ltd is not responsible for any damage or theft to your order when left in the designated area that you have specified. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away as soon as possible.
    4. At the time of delivery, if you are not home to accept delivery the order will be left in an appropriate area to ensure it is as fresh as possible. Whilst Store To Door Pty Ltd will make every effort to ensure your product remains at a suitable temperate after delivery. We are no longer responsible for your order once it has been delivered.
    5. We accept that in the event of your order arriving damaged due to our own transport, we will replace the goods free of charge or give you a credit on your next order. We must be notified within 12 hours once delivered and photo evidence must be provided.
    6. If for any reason a delivery cannot be left at the premises a re-delivery will come at the cost of the purchaser of $25.00. We will try re-deliver on the same day, however this is not guaranteed. If same day re-delivery is not possible, items will not be repurchased on the new delivery date unless full payment is remade.
  1. Product specification and quality
    1. We do not warrant the accuracy of any of the information contained within the product list nor on the labels on goods delivered. We recommend that you read the labels on goods supplied carefully before they are consumed.
    2. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, we want to hear about it. Please contact us within 12 hours and we will aim to fix it for you. Photos must be provided and products must be returned to us so we can return them to our suppliers for product testing. If products are not returned, we are unable to provide a refund.
    3. All images used on our website are representations for your information only and are not necessarily true images of that product.
    4. Your order might include chilled/frozen items if fresh option is not available.
  1. Out of stock, returns and refunds
    1. If there are items missing from your delivery, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will fix the problem for you by either crediting the amount to your account or re-delivering the product.
    2. If an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you about it prior to delivery and refund you for the out of stock item.
    3. Delivery times may be delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances and Store to Door Pty Ltd will not provide any refund or discount on your Order or Delivery Fee for late deliveries.
  1. Limitation of liability
  1. Store To Door Pty Ltd’s maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Store To Door Pty Ltd will not be liable for any property damage, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

  1. Purchase of Alcohol
    1. If ordering hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. ID will be checked upon delivery. Shipping details must match the recipients details upon delivery.
    2. Orders containing alcohol must be delivered to the person on the shipping details. Another person cannot accept the delivery.
