I’ve ordered for my hubby’s birthday three times now, and the delivery has always been on time with no issues. It would be nice to get a reminder a day or two beforehand for peace of mind, but honestly, it’s never been a problem. They send a confirmation right after you order, plus an email on the day with a tracking link. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them!
