Our Raspberry, White Chocolate and Pistachio Semifreddo is made with white chocolate mousse, raspberry jelly, pistachio mousse, pistachio crunch, chocolate sponge on a pistachio and crumble base. Semi freddo is meant to be eaten semi-frozen, with the texture of a frozen mousse.
