Our Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut & Raspberry is made with dark chocolate semifreddo, chocolate sponge, vanilla cremeux, raspberry jelly, and hazelnut crunch.

Semifreddo is meant to be eaten semi-frozen, with the texture of a frozen mousse.
