Without a doubt this is the nicest greek yoghurt I have ever had and its made in Western Australia.
The texture is smooth and silky unlike some I have had that were grainy. It is a light flavour and not bitter at all, it goes well in cooking and doesn't split. I have found it works with savory and sweet dishes and my favourite is with fresh berries.
Ordered Lamb, pork and chicken souvlaki. Delicious! This was not my first order and won’t be my last. So convenient that everything was delivered to my door.

The cake layers were thin and the combination of just the right amount of cream held it up extremely well. The cream was not overly tangy and with just the right amount of honey made it magical. Fabulous!

These rum babas are absolutely moreish. Great balance of rum in the syrup and just perfect with the custard filling so it's not too sweet. Yum.
