Description

The Original Honey Cake - It is made of many thin caramelised honey layers held together with a cream of sweet and sour ingredients. It is dusted in honey crumbs, topped with crushed walnuts and Dried Rose petals.

This layered dessert is dearly loved in Eastern European countries such Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, through to Czech Republic.

Sizes:

Small – approx. 18cm Diameter x 7cm Tall - 10 people

Large – approx. 23cm Diameter x 7cm Tall - 16 people

Ingredients

Contains: walnuts, dried rose petals, honey, sugar, milk, butter, wheat flour, cream, eggs and may contain traces of other nuts.

Contains nuts, dairy, egg and gluten. May contain traces of other allergens.

Free from Artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Honey Layers, which contain egg, are baked at 180 Degrees.

Cream Fillings do not contain egg.

Christina's Honey Cakes (Medovik) began in a small humble home kitchen in Campsie. With growing demand, Christina and Sergey invested their life savings into opening their dream honeycakery in Newtown!
