It depends on the product. Many sweets, like baklava, are ready to enjoy straight away. Some savoury pastries, such as the tiropita (Greek cheese pie), are delivered uncooked and need to be baked at 180°C for around 40 to 60 minutes until golden brown. Individual spanakopita (Greek spinach pies) are partially baked and only require finishing in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Always check the specific product instructions when ordering.

Athena Cake Shop offers a range of sizes depending on the product. Large family-sized tiropita (Greek cheese pie) and spanakopita (Greek spinach pie) are available, as well as individual-sized spinach pies. Some products, like the individual spanakopita, are available in packs serving 5, 10 or 12.
