The first time I tried this cake was overseas and fell in love with it. Thank you to the person who makes these cakes here in Australia!!! Its traditional flavors with a modern touch of decorations. Very soft, very fresh, not sickly sweet, its aromatic smells like honey and vanilla. You can easily eat a second piece. Winner!!!
I tried this cake at a work function and had to purchase this one for my sons birthday. Not sickly sweet, soft sponge and the icing and the roasted almonds was perfect with every bite.
