Overpriced cake, almonds are an overkill and the coffee lacks taste

As soon as I opened the box the aroma of the almonds hit me, they smelt amazing! As for the cake itself on the inside, it's described as coffee cream but didn't feel like you were eating cream. You could taste a hint of the coffee, but that wasn't even your typical coffee taste. It was more like a carrot cake look and somewhat texture. The almonds on and around the cake was an overkill, too much and not necessary. I had high hope for this cake as when it popped up on instagram it looked amazing, (especially as I love walnuts and coffee) and it being nearly $80 just for the small size I thought it must be worth. Unfortunately, in my opinion it wasn't worth it.
