Papa’s Pistachio Baked Ricotta Cheesecake was an absolute hit in the office! Perfectly creamy with rich, smooth ricotta texture, and the pistachio flavour was just the right balance, incredibly indulgent. The subtle crunch and nutty finish made every bite better than the last. Safe to say it didn’t last long… definitely a crowd favourite!
I honestly didn’t have high expectations for a vegan cake but I was blown away. So delicious!!!! Everyone loved it and asked me where I bought it. Highly recommend!!

This semi-freddo creation was sublime - set on a fabulously crunchy base it had layers of white and dark chocolate / raspberry puree / pistachio and the creamiest white chocolate ice cream / fresh frozen raspberries on top with white chocolate feathers ! Insanely good !
