Delicious cake for summer

The cake was delicious and fresh. We are used to flan with custard so we were surprised that the flan had cream instead (should've read the description). However, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Taking away one star as we and our guests found it difficult to eat as we had to take the tops of the strawberries off. We were expecting a few strawberries with the tops on for decoration (per the website picture). However, this flan was covered in strawberries with the tops on (see picture attached).
