Important Notice: Temporary Service Changes – Friday 17th July to Saturday 22nd August

From Friday 17th July to Saturday 22nd August, there will be some important updates to our delivery schedule and product availability. Please read the details below carefully to avoid any inconvenience.


🕒 1. Updated Order Cut-Off Times

Next-day delivery will not be available during this period. Orders must be placed by midnight, 2 days prior to your delivery date.

Example cut-off times:

  • Monday delivery → Order by Friday 12PM (midday)

  • Tuesday delivery → Order by Sunday 12AM (midnight)

  • Wednesday delivery → Order by Monday 12AM (midnight)

  • Thursday delivery → Order by Tuesday 12AM (midnight)

  • Friday delivery → Order by Wednesday 12AM (midnight)

  • Saturday delivery → Order by Thursday 12AM (midnight)


📦 2. Limited Delivery Slots + Time Requests

The number of available delivery slots will be reduced. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to secure your preferred day. Once a day reaches capacity, it will close off early without notice.

Time requests left in the notes section are not guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate but please refer to the delivery window at checkout.

VIP Deliveries will not be affected.


🔄 3. Changes & Cancellations

Due to the adjusted timelines, order changes or cancellations may not be possible after the cut-off time. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.


🚫 4. Postcode Change

Between Friday 17th July - Saturday 22nd August we will not be able to deliver to postcode 2077 (Hornsby, Hornsby Heights, Asquith and Waitara. We apologise for the inconvenience.


🚫 5. Product & Supplier Availability

Some products and suppliers may be unavailable between Friday 17th July - Saturday 22nd August. If a product shows as “Sold Out,” it will not be available during this time.


📞 6. Customer Support Response Times

There may be slight delays in customer support response times via email. Phone enquiries will not be available in this time. We’ll respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
