Important Update: Changes to Our Ordering & Delivery Process

At Store to Door, our goal is to provide you with the best possible service—from a seamless website experience to friendly customer support and reliable deliveries. We take pride in bringing you high-quality products in excellent condition, and we want to continue doing so for as long as we can!

However, like many small businesses, we are facing increasing operational costs. We have been absorbing many of these expenses to keep prices as low as possible, but in order to maintain our high standards of service, we can no longer absorb them entirely. If we don’t make necessary adjustments now, Store to Door may not be able to continue into the new year.

So, to ensure we can keep delivering fresh, high-quality products to you, the following changes must take effect starting tonight:

🔹 Delivery Fee Update – Our flat-rate delivery fee will increase from $9.95 to $12.95 due to the rising costs of keeping our vans on the road. Even with this increase, we are still covering a portion of the delivery costs ourselves.

🔹 Minimum Order Requirement – We are introducing a $30.00 minimum order (excluding delivery) to help keep our service sustainable. Some orders have been as low as $10.00, which unfortunately results in a huge loss for us.

🔹 Credit Card Transaction Fees – We will now be passing on the credit card transaction fees that our merchant charges us. While small per order, these costs add up significantly over time.

🔹 VIP Shipping Update – VIP shipping (to selected areas) will increase from $18.00 to $22.00.

🔹 Next-Day Delivery Cutoff Change – Our order cutoff time for next-day delivery will move from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM (midday). Managing supplier pickups, order preparation, and deliveries is a complex and time-sensitive process, and this adjustment will allow us to operate more efficiently.
