Good for a Sticky Date Lover

Purchased this for a team member's birthday celebration at the office - they are a sticky date lover, so I thought it would be perfect. The cake looks great, and the general consensus was that the cake was tasty, the brittle was delicious, but the icing was too sweet. Probably wouldn't buy again for a mixed group, but the birthday person was very happy.
