Double Chocolate & Caramel Semifreddo is made with chocolate and caramel mousse, caramel sauce, hazelnut crunch and chocolate sponge on a milk chocolate crunch base. Finished with a dark chocolate ganache and decoration. Semifreddo is meant to be eaten semi-frozen, with the texture of a frozen mousse.
